Lemon balm and walnut pesto
Introduction

Ingredients
- 1 cup lemon balm leaves + stems (before cutting, loose)
- 1/3 cup Parmesan
- 1/3 cup raw walnut halves
- 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed, to taste
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves or 1 tbsp garlic powder (optional)
- Fine sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
Steps
Blend all ingredients in a food processor. That’s it !
